Phoebe Stringer is a Senior Producer at Trigger, renowned for delivering large-scale, creatively ambitious live events that blend spectacle with inclusivity. Since graduating during the pandemic, Phoebe has built a career defined by ingenuity, leadership, and a people-first approach. Her work spans major commercial festivals like On The Beach with headliners such as Noel Gallagher, to culturally significant projects like The Big 100, celebrating Winnie The Pooh’s centenary.

Phoebe founded her own producing practice and has cultivated strategic partnerships with brands such as Hennessy, programming over 200 shows. She has led innovative outdoor productions including The Hatchling, a year-long project culminating in a double-decker-sized puppet performance for 30,000 people, and Glastonbury 2025’s Pollination Trees. She has also produced touring shows like Teabreak, overseeing 130 performances across multiple festivals.
