Meg began her journey in the live events industry studying Event Management at Manchester Metropolitan University, graduating in 2020 before joining the team at EN4 as a volunteer. Through determination, skill and an exceptional work ethic, she has rapidly progressed through the Operations team to become Operations Manager, now playing a key role across major events including Kendal Calling, Magazine London and Warehouse Project.

Meg has consistently proven her ability to take on responsibility, adapt to new challenges and deliver at a high level in fast-paced environments. Her progression reflects not only her technical capability across event operations, but also her leadership style - bringing energy, positivity and a collaborative mindset that strengthens every team she works with. She is trusted by colleagues and senior leaders alike to deliver complex projects while maintaining a strong focus on people and process.
