Joe Timlin is an Event Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional live experiences, having entered the industry at just 17. His early hands-on roles as a technician, lighting engineer, and stage manager gave him a strong foundation in the technical, creative, and human elements that make events succeed. Joe honed his leadership and operational skills at Sheffield’s iconic Leadmill, progressing to Live Events Coordinator, where he became known for his collaborative approach, professionalism, and ability to perform under pressure.

In 2025, Joe joined Legends Global at Connexin Live in Hull as Event Manager, overseeing large-scale, high-profile events with a focus on operational excellence, safety, and audience experience. He continues to innovate processes, embrace new challenges, and mentor colleagues, combining technical expertise with people-centred leadership.
