Starting on the ground in volunteer and stewarding roles, she progressed through Artist Liaison, Licensing, and Event Control, as well as leading her own grassroots projects and start-ups.

Known for her calm, solutions-focused approach and exceptional organisational skills, Ella thrives in complex, fast-moving environments, ensuring artists, crews, and stakeholders feel supported and confident. She communicates effectively, builds trust quickly, and consistently delivers high-quality operational outcomes. Most recently, she joined Live Nation as Festival Operations Project Manager, quickly becoming an indispensable member of her team.
