From there, he founded Introvert Mgmt, a management company dedicated to nurturing boundary-pushing talent, signing artists including Oliver Defriend and expanding a diverse roster of emerging acts.

Ben now works at THE·TEAM (Wasserman) as Experiential Client Services Manager, creating culturally resonant campaigns for major brands such as Lidl, blending music, youth identity, and brand storytelling.
