Achieving excellence by delivering high quality events is a skill Vikesh cultivated over 7 years of working in the events industry. As a freelancer, Vikesh has built experience as an AV technician, artist liaison, stage manager at events and festivals throughout the UK. He recently started a new position as a junior production manager at DRPG. 

In 2019 Vikesh co-founded a company, International Institute of Live Events (IIOLE) with academic lecturer Paul Walters. IIOLE offers free digital event resources, jobs and courses for anyone interested in developing skills in the sector. 

Vikesh thoroughly enjoys the process of bringing events to life, from concept to reality and wishes to continue to grow in the sector.
