Rebecca Kane Burton is Chief Operating Officer of Superstruct Entertainment, one of the world's leading live entertainment groups, home to more than 80 festival and live event brands across Europe and beyond. She is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting growth across the business, and helping festival teams deliver world-class experiences while maintaining their distinctive identities and creative independence.

With more than 30 years of experience in the live entertainment industry, Rebecca has held a number of high-profile leadership positions, including CEO of LW Theatres and Sodexo Live!, Vice President of The O2, and Interim General Manager of Co-op Live. She also led business development and expansion across the UK and Europe for Oak View Group International, working across arenas, stadiums and event venues.

Passionate about the power of live experiences, Rebecca is a strong advocate for audience-first thinking, industry innovation, and the positive impact that music and culture can have on communities. She is also a longstanding supporter of music therapy charity Nordoff & Robbins.
