For over two decades, I've been in Production for innovative live event experiences. As an entrepreneur I've built and sold 5 businesses. My career began as a talent booker and promoter across the UK with events attracting audiences of over 10,000 a week.

The energy and pace of events is the foundation of a lifelong passion for bringing people together through unforgettable live, mainstage experiences. In 2000, I founded We Group initially delivering festivals, expanding into large scale events, Operations and Placemaking, leading the group with continuous growth.
