Mandy Johnson is Managing Director of Superstruct UK and has spent 20 years bringing festivals to life around the world. A LIPA graduate, she went on to work across the globe for festivals including Snowbombing, Bestival, Field Day, Creamfields and Stereosonic.

After helping to launch Love Supreme Jazz Festival, Mandy joined Universal Music’s live division, U-Live, playing a key role in building a new generation of events and festivals, before moving to Superstruct, where she now leads the UK business — guided, as ever, by a passion for fostering community and connection through live experiences.
