Ellie White
Ellie is a freelance marketer and researcher specialising in festivals, with a passion for music, culture, and community. For five years, she led marketing at We Out Here Festival - founded by BBC Radio 6’s Gilles Peterson - where she helped establish it as one of the UK’s most exciting new festivals. During her time there, the festival delivered two sold-out editions, achieved two years of 40% year-on-year revenue growth, and built a brand identity The Guardian praised as “something even its stalwart UK peers could learn from.”
Since then, Ellie has been working independently with festivals and events to bridge the gap between brand and audience. She is also launching Tune In Research, the first festival-focused research agency, dedicated to helping organisers use audience insights to shape strategy and grow stronger, more connected communities.
Ellie will be joining the panel How to Increase Revenue Streams to share her approach of using audience insights to validate new revenue ideas.
