I am the founder and managing director of an independent 30,000 capacity London based music festival, City Splash.

I have had a 20-year career working with start-ups through to multi national companies building Black culture, music, brands and projects both in the UK and internationally. I specialise in business and audience development, community engagement and maximising income in this cultural space.

I was a Fellow of the International Society of Performing Arts (2013-2016). I am current fellow of the Royal Society Of Arts. I have an MA with distinction in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from Goldsmiths, University of London.
