Future Talent Without the Barriers: Making Industry Engagement Easier

Making the UK Events industry more resilient is a collective and collaborative mission – future event professionals need to be better informed of the industry’s breadth and scope of opportunity, alongside the multiple routes available so they feel welcome, informed and inspired there is a viable career for them. If the industry is also to develop a more representative, inclusive and accessible future talent mix, the various time/resource/compliance barriers for event organisations to best engage with young people need to be removed.
